Hi there! I’m Allie George– a New York-based actress, singer, and dancer. In May 2026, I graduated summa cum laude from LIU Post, where I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, I’m the eldest of three very close, very theatrical siblings. With a penchant for portraying playfully plucky, know-it-all heroines and ballsy bombshells, I get excited about using my gifts to tell heartfelt, high-energy stories.
As the daughter of a wildly creative carpenter, I grew up scaling one-of-a-kind structures (pictured to the left and the right)… each of which I turned into my personal stage. I found endless joy in entertaining my family with elaborate homemade productions, but something was missing. When my parents enrolled me in local theatre classes at age 7, I found exactly what I was looking for (and what I still love most about theatre to this day): community. I caught the theatre bug during my debut as a Munchkin and Featured Ozion in The Wizard of Oz, and the rest is history!
Some favorite recent credits include Hailey Goz in the world premiere of Feels Like the First Time: The FOREIGNER Musical directed by Adam Pascal at the Tilles New Works Initiative, Molly in Peter and the Starcatcher at LIU Post, and Shelley/Ensemble in Hairspray at Cultural Arts Playhouse. This summer, I’ll be making my way to Maine to star in Singin’ in the Rain at Hackmatack Playhouse as Kathy Selden. Additionally, I’ve sung at 54 Below, the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts, and on the Vincent Original Cast Recording. I’ve also discovered a passion for video journalism and theatrical marketing, and have experience as an interviewer, voiceover artist, and social media representative for various organizations.
Some fun facts about me: I was born three months premature, so you could say I’ve been eager to make an entrance from the very beginning! I’m a theme park enthusiast, a sushi restaurant connoisseur, and lover of all things Snoopy. I’m always down to take an adventure, learn new things, and explore new places! My favorite role to date is big sister to Andy, Libby, and Ollie.
About Allie
Hello! I’m Allie George– a New York-based actress, singer, and dancer. At the moment, I’m soaking up every second of my senior year at LIU Post, where I’m earning my BFA in Musical Theatre. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, I’m the eldest of three very close, very theatrical siblings. As an artist, I’m passionate about serving as a trustworthy vessel for heartfelt, high-energy stories. I strive to create meaningful and uplifting connections with audiences and collaborators alike, and to inspire those I encounter to do the same.
As the daughter of a wildly creative carpenter, I grew up scaling one-of-a-kind structures… each of which I turned into my personal stage. I found endless joy in entertaining my family with elaborate homemade productions, but something was missing. When my parents enrolled me in local theatre classes at age 7, I found exactly what I was looking for: a community. On and off-stage, I’ve always been driven by my natural deep curiosity. At LIU Post, I found a program that offered everything I dreamed of and more. I delved into studying performance technique and found a love for movement-based acting methods such as Laban, Viewpoints, and Suzuki. I was honored to be a part of the cast of two new musicals, and learned what it means to develop a character from scratch. I even discovered my knack for Theatrical Marketing, and have enjoyed working behind the scenes with LIU Post Theatre and the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts.
